PS Ramathan Ggoobi issued summons after committee no-show

The summons issued by the chairperson of the committee, John Twesigye Ntamuhiira, come after Ggoobi, who was supposed to appear alongside the finance minister Matia Kasaija, was a no-show on Wednesday.
