Obua and Ogwang are already sworn in, so they will not for a second time.

On Monday, the minister for gender, labor and social development Betty Amongi in her remarks at an event at the British High Commissioner’s residence in Kampala, recognized Akori as the minister-designate waiting to be sworn in.

Amongi did not want to breach protocol.
