Police have opened a case file at CIID headquarters in Kibuli where all persons who were speculating the cause of the death of the former Speaker of Parliament, Jacob Oulanyah, will record statements.
President Yoweri Museveni ordered police to arrest individuals who are using social media and other platforms to speculate the cause of the death of the former Speaker.
The Police spokesperson, Fred Enanga, said that after the Speaker's burial suspects will be summoned to record statements.
