Asking Gen Saleh, who doubles as a Special Presidential Advisor, and Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC), to return to Gulu, Otto said local operators were feeling the pinch of his departure.

'We should invest in tourism, falls, hot springs, golf courses, Fort Patiko, Guru-guru, mount climbing etc. Do come back soon Gen,' Otto Posted.

His presence turned Gulu into a pilgrim town, drawing all kinds of visitors including government officials, musicians among other classes of people.
