Kiira Motors Corporation (KMC) Uganda has been voted the African Company of the year 2021 following several developments registered by the company.

KMC won the African Business Leadership Awards 2021 after beating three other companies in a hotly-contested competition.

KMC contested with; Trade Kings Zambia, Vodafone Ghana, and Maroc Telecoms of Morocco.

“This award recognises companies who have made a mark in their industry sectors through uncommon customer service, innovative products offering, community impact or technological offering, and concrete societal impact,” a statement from African Business Leadership Awards.

Today, New Vision reported that Kiira Motors is to build 170 buses per month.
