President Museveni announces new measures to curb spread of COVID-19

During his address to the nation on Sunday evening, the President announced a range of measures to curb the spread of the deadly coronavirus pandemic.
This comes at a time when Uganda is facing the second wave of infection which has adversly affected the youth.
