National Unity Platform's (NUP) Mathias Mpuuga was sworn in Wednesday as the newly elected MP of Nyendo-Mukungwe Division (Masaka City) in the 11th Parliament.
He is the first occupant of the seat, having represented Masaka Municipality in the last term as a Democratic Party (DP) member.
