Notice is hereby given to the unlicensed insurance players who have ceased operations (listed below) to apply to the Authority for withdrawal of their security deposits.
Notice is hereby given to the unlicensed insurance players who have ceased operations (listed below) to apply to the Authority for withdrawal of their security deposits. If no application/ response is made to the Authority within Thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, the insurer or HMO that ceased operations will forfeit the security deposit.
