Kabuleta meets religious leaders and the elderly

Kabuleta decried the neglect rural Ugandans have suffered despite supporting the regime for so long.

RUKUNGIRI - On the 16th of December 2020, Joseph Kabuleta met a team of religious leaders at Okapi hotel in Rukungiri town. 

The group was comprised of leaders of all faiths including reverends, catholic priests, Muslim clerics and others.

He promised to offer dignified retirement and women empowerment programs.


He told them that the element of fearing God is crucial in leadership because it determines whether leaders make just decisions and care for the people.

Kabuleta met a group of elders and women in Nyakagyeme sub country in Rukungiri.
