Namutumba LC5 chairman passes away

He had been battling heart-related complications

The Namutumba district LC5 chairman Saleh Kumbuga has passed on.

Kumbuga who breathed his last on Wednesday morning at Mulago National Referral Hospital had been battling heart-related complications and was advised by medics to quit active politics.

Persis Namuganza the state minister for lands and also Member of Parliament for Bukono County in Namutumba district, described Kumbuga who has been admitted in hospital for a while as a devoted supporter of the ruling NRM party.

Namuganza said the district, Busoga, and the NRM party have lost an irreplaceable diehard.
