Singer Eddy Kenzo has expressed his sadness following the death of Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata but noted he was happy that they had reconciled.

The two met at an introduction function in Masaka and even shook hands.

Muzaata passed away on Friday evening at International Hospital in Namuwongo, Kampala where had been admitted a fortnight ago.

In October this year, Muzaata and Kenzo reconciled after a series of verbal fights, which were triggered off when Kenzo's former girlfriend Rema Namakula introduced her new boyfriend Dr. Hamza Ssebunya to her parents.

Their fallout arose in October 2019 when Muzaata while preaching at the sideline of Namakula and Ssebunya's function accused Kenzo of being a playboy and thanked Namakula for dumping him.

Kenzo who was in West Africa at the time announced he would camp outside Kibuli mosque until Muzaata personally apologised for humiliating him in presence of his daughter.

Muzaata referred to Kenzo as Semyokozo and love nigga. Kenzo also accused him of invoking the name of his late mother.

The attack prompted Kenzo to compose a prominent song titled Semyokozo which instantly became a hit.
