SCIENTIFIC WEDDING
A happy 2020 ending is what every Ugandan is praying for, and for Patrick Salvado Idringi, this prayer has come to pass. The celebrated comedian took his love affair with longtime fiancé Daphine Frankstone to the altar, as the two tied the knot amidst friends and family at Mbuya Catholic Church.
Of course, it has been a public secret that the two would soon get married, especially after their widely talked about introduction ceremony that took place last year. However, the wedding that took place this Friday morning, came as a shocker to many.
For those who are quick to read between the lines, it was quite evident that Friday was the day for the Idringis, after the comedian's Facebook post on Thursday.
Salvador said, "Nothing as beautiful as friends who become genuine family, I'm forever grateful. Tomorrow is going to be a wonderful day."
Done in a scientific arrangement, as is the norm lately, Idringi's wedding attracted just a few close friends in the entertainment industry, friends of the couple and family members, who braved the early morning drizzle to witness one of their own hitting a major milestone.
Upon saying I do to each other, the couple will proceed to the reception area, where they will host their guests to what is expected to be a fun-filled party.
Being the comedian that he is, Idringi sounded a bit witty as he emphasized his vows to Frankstone, sending the congregation into early chuckles. Idringi was accompanied by his longtime friend, Tonny Mutengu, as his best man.
