Former Kampala town clerk Makumbi dies

KAMPALA - In a space of one week, a second former town clerk who worked under the defunct Kampala City Council (KCC) has died.

Patrick Makumbi passed away on Saturday, with the cause of his death yet to be established.

James Seggane, who also served as a city town clerk, also died within the week.
