Today In History: A funeral service is held for Dr Samson Kisekka

Dr Samson Kisekka was former Vice-President of Uganda and later a senior Presidential Advisor. He died on October 25, 1999.

Nearly 300 Ugandans, including diplomats and reli­gious leaders, joined Mrs Mary Kisekka, and her elder son Paul Kisekka at a funer­al service for Senior Presidential Advisor and for­mer Vice-President, Dr Samson Babi Mululu Kisekka, at London's presti­gious Hampstead Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church. He died on October 25, 1999 in the morning at the University College hospital, in London after he collapsed suddenly at his hotel.
