Three suspected criminals arrested in Nansana

The Police have arrested three suspected notorious criminals who are believed to be terrorizing areas of Nabweru in Nansana Municipality, Wakiso district.

Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Patrick Onyango, identified the three as; Alex Kabunga, Wahab Mulindwa, and Yusuf Nsubuga Kakooza.

He said the trio was arrested last night by Police officers who were on routine patrol.

"The suspected criminals were got with exhibits that included knives, marijuana, and house-breaking implements," he observed.

Onyango stated that the suspects are currently being held at Nansana Police Station on charges of being in possession of narcotics and dangerous weapons and that their files are being processed and they will appear in court anytime.
