KAMPALA - The Police are hunting for two women over organizing sex orgies in the city. The call comes after police stormed Tower Bar and Lodge in the city suburb of Kireka, arresting 21 people on Sunday night.

According to Police, the suspects were found partying half-naked and at the same time taking alcohol in a confined area during restricted curfew hours.

Fred Enanga, the police spokesperson, said they have discovered that the organizers of that party are also linked to a big racket, where minors are recruited and then used to provide sex to adult men.

Enanga named the women as Anita Kayz and another identified only as Panadol. "Kayz operates in Kireka while Panadol is operating in Kawala," he said.

"One of the girls, who is 16 years old, indicated to us that she had attended to four clients that night and that even her younger sister, who is 14, is already involved in the venture. She said she was recruited into the trade by her elder sister called Prosy Nabukenya," he said.

A VIP treatment (sex with a massage) goes for sh50,000 while an ordinary session goes for sh30,000, police said.

According to the police, Nabukenya is Kayz's and Panadol's chief recruiter of girls.

Enanga said the recruiters of the girls are taking advantage of the covid-19 situation, which has resulted in many school going children staying at home due to the lockdown.

At the end of the sex orgies, Police said organizers upload recorded videos of the sex session on WhatsApp to market the parties for more business.

Enanga said the underage girl arrested in Sunday's swoop has since been handed over to a counselor for psychosocial support.
