Beheaded girl: Man charged with murder and aggravated defilement

Police have preferred charges of murder and aggravated defilement against Joseph Nuwashaba who is suspected to have defiled three -year-old Faith Kyamagero and killed her.
 
Last week Police arrested Nuwashaba at Parliament with a head and he confessed that he was taking it to one of the female legislators as a gift.
 
Police spokesperson, Fred Enanga says the file is now before the Director of Public Prosecution for confirmation of the charges and the suspect will be arraigned before court.
