After graduating with bachelor's degree in development economics, 27-year-old Brian Namanya did not look for a job, but opted to start a business.

His dream was an e-commerce venture where one could book trips and accommodation countrywide. He kick-started his dream with savings worth sh30m, which went to waste owing to the incompetency of the team he started with.

But he did not give up and went back to the drawing board, starting from scratch.

The idea fell flat a second time. Again, he did not give up! He struck gold the third time round and today, tubayo.com, an online travel marketplace, is up and running.
