Lubwama Kebba appointed as National Stadium board chairperson

Education and Sports State Minister Denis Hamson Obua released the new board today.

Rosette Lubwama Kebba is the new Mandela National Stadium board of directors chairperson.

Education and Sports State Minister Denis Hamson Obua released the new board today.

"In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 36 and 37(I) and (ii) of the memorandum and articles of association establishing Mandela National Stadium Limited (MNSL). I hereby appoint the following as chairperson and members of the board of directors with immediate effect for a period of three years.

"Rosette Kebba, Mustapha Achidro, Godfrey Wamani, Anne Abeja, Mark Namanya, Veronica Mukyala and Jimmy Ebil Segawa," Obua said.

The board has a three year term ending in September 2023. It takes over from a board whose term expired on August 31.

Kebba is a Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development representative.

She serves as a team leader on the Parastatal Monitoring Division in the ministry.
