Makerere private admission list out

Makerere University on Tuesday released the official admission list for privately sponsored students for the Academic year 2020/2021.

"The admission lists for A'Level leavers and Mature Age applicants have been displayed on the University Website - www.mak.ac.ug," the university's press statement reads.

According to the Deputy Registrar in Charge of admissions, Charles Ssentongo, the date for accessing provisional admission letters online will be communicated.

"Appeals for applicants who were genuinely left out should be sent from 20th August 2020 to 4th September 2020 to this address; appeals@acadreg.mak.ac.ug," part of the statement reads.

The re-advert for programmes with available slots will be accessed online from August 24 to September 11, 2020, and change of programmes/subjects will be handled when the University opens, according to the statement.

"The admission lists for Diploma/ Degree holders are being processed and will be released when ready," the statement further reads.
