Anglican bishops appeal to gov't to protect church property

36 Anglican bishops have visited the demolished church in Ndeeba to show solidarity with the Christians.

They have again appealed to the government to protect other church property that is under threat.

The bishops led by the Archbishop of Church of Uganda Dr. Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu on Wednesday morning prayed at the site of the demolished church in Ndeeba, Kampala.

The bishops also had a moment of silence and appealed to all believers to join hands to rebuild the Church.

The provincial dean of the Church of Uganda, Bishop Jackson Nzerebende said an attack on one church is an attack on the entire Christian body and appealed to all believers to remain united to defend the Church.
