Christian vow to rebuild their demolished church

Christians who congregate at the demolished Ndeeba-based St. Peter's Church have started removing the rubbles from the scene.

Earlier Tuesday, the Archbishop Dr. Steven Kaziimba, visited the site and called for an impartial inquiry into the destruction of the church.


Bishop George Sennabulya, also visited the site and reminded the Christians to observe social distancing and to remain strong in the faith despite the prevailing challenges.

The local traditional healer, Maama Fiina also visited the scene and contributed sh4m towards the site clearance.

Residents living near the demolished St. Peter's Church in Ndeeba, are worried that Kalinda water spring is also under threat yet it's the only source of water in their area.

Christians vowed that come what may, they are ready to fundraise and restore their demolished church.
