AGONY: I am afraid of telling my boyfriend my past

I am a 28-year-old woman and dating a man who I would like to get married to. However, my past keeps haunting me.

I slept with many men and aborted my unborn babies a number of times. I am afraid that this information would leak to this man.

I am afraid of telling him my past because I do not want to lose him.

Is it possible for me to reveal the truth to him without hurting him? Or should I keep quiet and let him discover it when we are already married?
