In the aftermath of an eventful season, Farouk Miya has decided to embark on a deserved holiday with a jet-skiing treat over the weekend.

The Cranes star, who turns out for Konyaspor, posted images and videos on his social media pages of himself enjoying a much-needed break after the Turkish Super Lig finally concluded over ten days ago.

Miya has been taking advantage of his break by living the ultimate footballer's lifestyle.

Strapped with a green safety jacket, he is seen riding a jet ski in most probably the Mediterranean Sea, cruising through waves on a powerful white and green jet ski.

Miya is based in Konya city, which is a reasonable distance away from the Mediterranean Sea.

He looked to be in high spirits as he unwound from a long season during which he played such an integral role as Konyaspor survived relegation.

It's less than a year since Miya joined Konyaspor, and yet the statistics already point to a player that is fast-establishing his cult hero status at Konya Buyuksehir Belediyesi Stadium.

In just his first season in Turkey's top-flight league, Miya managed to score eight league goals and provided a number of assists across all competitions.

Miya has had a brilliant season in Turkey

For an attacking midfielder, and battling for the top score's prize with established strikers such as Radamel Falcao (Galatasary), Papiss Cisse (Alanyaspor), Demba Ba (Instanbul Basaksehir), that was quite impressive.
