UPC holds delegates conference

The Uganda People's Congress (UPC) delegates conference is underway at Kasangati in Wakiso District. A small number of delegates has so far arrived and many more expected to attend. 

UPC head of media and communications earlier confirmed with the New Vision they expected to approve Jimmy Akena as the party Presidential flag bearer and the party president subsequently.
