New KCCA ED Dorothy Kisaka and her team take oath

Senior presidential Dorothy Kisaka, was recently appointed by President Yoweri Museveni as the  Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Executive Director (ED).

Museveni recently directed the commission in a letter to interview Kisaka and four other officials to find out whether they are suitable for their new positions.

Kisaka is currently serving as the secretary and administrator of the national response fund against COVID-19. Eng. Andrew Kitaka, who has been acting ED since Jennifer Musisi will now return to his position as director of engineering and technical services.
