Heavy rains devastate Ibanda

Heavy rains left devastation in their wake in Rushango Town Council, Ibanda district.

Roof tops were blown off numerous buildings including homes, churches and a Police installation

Food plantations were also destroyed in the heavy rains which were characterised by high winds.
