My fiancée and I have been in a relationship for four years. However, a few months ago, we were going through a tough time and I turned to her sister for support.

During one of our chats at the sister's house, one thing led to another and we ended up sleeping together.

A few weeks ago, she called to tell me she was pregnant, but I had just proposed to her sister. I love my fiancée so much and I cannot imagine life without her. What can I do?
