One of the chairs belonged to Justine Nambi and another one to Charles Kiguli who had already reported his missing chair at Kijambiya's local court.

Kiguli said Ssenyonga might have been in the company of others who helped him carry the chair since there was no break-in.

It was from Kiguli's submission that Ssenyonga was compelled to list all his accomplices which he did and handed over the names to Kijambiya to aid them in tracing for them.
