Maj. Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga has been involved in so many controversies. In 2017, he took the law into his hands and set a multi-million earth-mover on fire, and he defiantly bragged over the incident.

Retired senior army officer Maj. Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga has died . He breathed his last at Nakasero Hospital in Kampala. He was 67.
