An eight-man team has camped at Kisoro referral hospital to conduct free rapid assessment tests for coronavirus.

The team that visited Bunagana and Cyanika border is collecting blood samples as well as saliva swabs which will be sent to the Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI) in Entebbe.

According to sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, the results are sent back to all those who participated via call or text message.
