COVID-19: Mpigi health Center IV receives food relief

The items include 2000kgs of maize flour, 1000kgs of beans, 50kgs of salt, 200litters of milk, and 180kgs of sugar.

Mpigi health centre IV has received foodstuffs from the Office of the Prime Minister. The food will be distributed to different government health centers, patients currently admitted in government health facilities and health workers.
The items include 2000kgs of maize flour, 1000kgs of beans, 50kgs of salt, 200litters of milk, and 180kgs of sugar.
The items were received by the Mpigi deputy resident district commissioner, Hellen Nsereko Nagawa, who handed them over to the senior nursing officer of Mpigi health center IV, Fausta Nalukwago.
According to Nsereko, these items are going to be distributed and delivered to mainly health workers and patients admitted in different government health facilities within Mpigi district to help them during this period when the country is battling the COVID-19 pandemic.
