My family

I live in Sydney Australia with my Dad, Mum, and little sister. I also have aunties that live in Sydney. They take us to cool restaurants and to the movies during school holidays.

My sister can be really annoying and stubborn but she is cute and sometimes fun to play with.

In December last year I travelled to Uganda for a long-awaited holiday with my family. I have lots, and lots of cousins.

I have close to 30 cousins living in Uganda, that's why holidays in Uganda are so much fun! There is never a dull moment!!

I also get to see my Grandmother. She spoils us a lot with lots of food and plenty of juice on hot days. My Grandmother is so cool, she keeps a large chook farm! It was fun to watch the chooks feed.

Highlight of my holiday

The highlight of my holiday was a road trip to the Western part of Uganda - Kasese with close to 80 family members. Although the ride was bumpy it was a lot of fun.

I did not see some of the big five like the Lion, Leopard, Cheetah or Hyenas, but I got to see lots of antelopes running around in a park. I also got to see hippos, elephants, and crocodiles. But I was terrified of the crocodiles .

I also got to see lots of monkeys on the way and enjoyed a lot of the roadside food!

I am looking forward to my next big holiday in Uganda and can't wait to do more fun stuff with my cousins and hopefully see more of the big five.
