Musinguzi is new URA boss

Musinguzi currently serves as Senior Presidential Adviser, Investment and ICT.
KAMPALA-John Musinguzi Rujoki has been appointed new Commissioner General, Uganda Revenue Authority.
President Yoweri Museveni made this known to the public on his tweeter handle. He said this would take effect immediately. Musinguzi will replace Doris Akol who has been heading URA for the last 5years.
By virtue of powers granted to me by the Constitution, I have appointed Mr John Musinguzi Rujoki as the new Commissioner General of @URAuganda. This appointment takes immediate effect.

Musinguzi currently serves as Senior Presidential Adviser, Investment and ICT.
He previously served URA's Special Revenue Protection Services as Head, Finance, and Audit.
He holds a BSc, Maths (MUK) and MSc, Computing and Information Systems (University of Greenwich.
