Family Planning partners hold meeting

The Advance Family Planning (AFP) held its annual partners meeting between March 4 and 6 at Speke Resort Munyonyo. The aim of the 2020 meeting was greater synergy among AFP partners and collaborators in working to fulfill the Family Planning 2020 vision through increased political and financial support for family planning. It was also intended to contribute to the global goal of expanding access to quality contraceptive information, services and supplies through improved funding and policy environment, and galvanizing the political commitment needed. The meeting was funded by Bill and Melinda Gates in collaboration with several partners. Crane performers entertained the guests to a variety of Ugandan dances and performances that forced many delegates to join the dancers.
