Orthodox Church celebrates Women's Day

The celebrations organized by the Uganda Joint Christian Council were held at St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral, Namungoona (in Rubaga Division) on Friday.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

The Christian women from the main-stream Roman Catholic, Anglican, and Orthodox Churches have used the International Women's Day of Prayer to ask for greater participation in the affairs of the Church.
