Rains disrupt Continental Cup Women Beach Volleyball

Heavy rains disrupted the ongoing Continental Cup Women Beach Volleyball championship at White Sand Beach Entebbe on Wednesday.

The games that were meant to start at 9:00am, started at 12:00noon because of the poor weather. 

The event which also doubles as the second round of group D women qualifiers for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics has attracted five countries that include Guinea Conakry, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and hosts Uganda.
