This week, Emmanuel Cliff Muganhwa, one of the IT gurus at Vision Group, talks about email fraud.
"In email fraud, there is usually one motivation, just to trick you into doing something," he says.
"So they [fraudsters] will customize that email to capture your attention - either to click on a link that will lead you to another link to install some software on your PC or phone that is essentially used to hack you, or to mislead you in one way or another generally.
"Fraud has variations. And the commonest I think we are seeing now are the email scams, where people are trying to steal something from you, and it is mostly money," adds Emma.
