Lt. Mugisha Moses Magufuri Babyomera has come on the scene saying he wants to replace the slain NRM fanatic, Col. Ibrahim Abiriga.

 
Abiriga who was gunned down in June 2018 at Kagoma on Bombo Road was a known fanatic of NRM to the extent that he painted all his belongings with colour yellow, the party's official colour.

Mugisha says he loves NRM so much just as Abiriga.

Mugisha who works with Operation Wealth Creation, says he wants to join politics and will contest in Ntungamo Municipality for the MP seat.
