Introduction:

WWF-UCO is implementing the SIDA and DANIDA funded projects under one umbrella using a programmatic approach. These two projects are named SANIDA program under Forests & Biodiversity program. The program that started in March 2018 is running for 4 years up to 2022 and is now ready for the midterm review to inform the remaining two years' implementation. This midterm review will in a participatory and inclusive manner evaluate the implementation methodologies deployed to achieve results and suggest improvements/modifications to sustainably achieve/consolidate project results. The process shall involve a review of relevance and quality of the design, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, sustainability and adaptive capacity of the plan. The focus of this review should also be on status of implementation in order to determine areas where strategies have worked well and where further adjustment is needed.
