Table leaders PTC Warriors will be seeking to bounce back to winning ways when they take on Trail Blazers in the Kampala Premier Tennis League on Saturday at Lugogo Tennis Complex.
Warriors, who suffered a 2-1 defeat to Trademark in their previous game, will need to lift their performance.
They are currently top of the standings on 48 points, nine above second-placed Trademark. Trail Blazers are third on 36 points
The league that is in its third season has seen the game of tennis grow and also improve in terms of competitiveness among players.
Elsewhere, Game Changers will take on Trademark while Lorika will face Titans.
The objective of the league is to promote the game of tennis to different stakeholders and according Moses Bashaasha, the organizing committee chairman, this has been achieved.
The league features seven teams, with each comprised of eight players with at least one junior player and a lady.
The top four teams will engage in playoffs after the preliminary round.
Trademark cruised past Trail Blazers to clinch the second edition of the League at Lugogo last season.
