The fixture between the two sides has been a gruelling one and is expected to be fiercely contested.
Buffaloes who are trailing table leaders Heathens by 13 points will be out to close the gap in their quest for the league title.
However, Heathens are not ready to lose any point and put out a strong team for the game.
"We train with them and they have always given us hard times. We are taking them on strongly and we shall attack them right from the start of the game," coach Muhamad Athio says.
Meanwhile, Betway Kobs' take on Shell Rimula Rhinos in another mouth-watering clash at Legends Rugby Club and coach Fred Mudoola has cautioned his charges against complacency.
Kobs are second in the league with 29 points, four behind defending champions Hima Cement Heathens.
