UCU Canons pulled a game back on Wednesday to put City Oilers' seventh title celebrations on ice. The Oilers were leading 3-1 in the best of seven series and needed only one more win to seal the championship.
But a determined UCU side, looking for their first NBL title fought gallantly to win game-5 54-52 in over-time. The result sent their fans jubilating thereafter, and look to today's game-6 with a lot of optimism.
