Museveni summons NRM leaders for national conference

The National Resistance Movement (NRM) will hold its first national conference from January 20-22, 2020, at the Mandela National Stadium to among others, discuss issues of the party's constitutional amendments.

In a notice to all the NRM members, President Yoweri Museveni who is also the party's national chairman noted that: "notice is hereby given that the first meeting of the national conference of the National Resistance Movement will be held from January 20-22, 2020, at the Mandela National Stadium."

Museveni noted that the agenda of the meeting will have a keynote address by the national chairperson, presentation of the Secretary General's report and presentation of the proposed constitutional amendments among others.
