Goals from Fauzia Najjemba and Juliet Nalukenge were enough to hand Uganda Crested Cranes a dominant 2-0 win over their Kenyan counterparts, giving them 13 points.
Uganda beat their closest rivals Tanzania, who finished with 11 points after thrashing Djibouti 10-0.

"I decided it from the start that no team will stop my girls from winning this championship. Credit goes to my players, who believed in themselves. I just need to keep these players intact for a long time," said Khalifa.
Meanwhile, although Tanzania's Aisha Masaka emerged top scorer with 14 goals, Uganda took the other accolades that included the best goalkeeper and best player.
This year's championship drew a large crowd that came on to cheer on the players.
A total of 95 goals have been scored, with 24 yellow cards and one red card.
