Kyambogo University's 16th graduation ceremony kicked off Wednesday with the Graduate School, School of Management and Entrepreneurship and the faculty of special needs education.
On Thursday, students from faculty of arts and social sciences and faculty of vocational studies will be the ones graduating.
The ceremony ends on Friday with graduands from the faculties of education, science and engineering.
According to Kyambogo University statistics, during the three-day graduation period, 8,892 students who qualified for the awards of doctorates, bachelors and masters degrees, diplomas and certificates will graduate. Out of the total, 4,877 are male.
