Boda boda cyclists protest Besigye's petition against Museveni

The people’s government led by former FDC president Dr Kiiza Besigye is targeting at least two million Ugandans to sign a petition to the International Criminal Court(ICC) to open cases of crime against humanity against President Yoweri Museveni.
