Mark Opio scored a game-high 12 points and Gatwech Kutai added 11 as the Warriors leveled their National Basketball League playoff semi-finals at one game apiece with a 68-56 victory Monday night at the YMCA.
Saidi Amisi added 10 points for the Warriors, who led for wire to wire to get back in the best-of-five series.
James Okello led the six-time reigning champions with a team-high 11 points and 14 rebounds. Jimmy Enabu also contributed 11 for Mandy Juruni's Oilers, who without three key frontcourt players.
Steven Omony, Francis Azolibe, and Jonathan Egau are all out of the rest of the season and this figures to be the hardest postseason in the Oilers' seven-year NBL history.
