We wont come for meeting - Rwanda delegation

The meeting that was scheduled in Kampala on November 18 cannot go on since the Rwanda delegation has said they will not be able to come.

The Rwandan delegation has written to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uganda, explaining that they will not be able to come to Kampala for a follow-up meeting regarding the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the presidents of Uganda and Rwanda recently.

According to the agreement signed by President Yoweri Museveni and his Rwandan counterpart Paul Kagame in Luanda, witnessed by the presidents of Angola and DR Congo, teams from the different countries were supposed to engage to follow up on the agreed issues.

 

However, the meeting that was scheduled in Kampala on November 18 cannot go on since the Rwanda delegation has said they will not be able to come.
