Over 20,000 girls take part in MDD competitions
About 20,466 girls from various parts of the country are taking part in Music, Dance and Drama (MDD) competitions at Nsambya Sharing hall in Kampala.
The competition, which is supported by the BRAC , United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and Empowerment and Livelihood for Adolescents (ELA) is aimed at rehabilitating the youth with backgrounds of domestic violence, drug abuse and diseases such as HIV/AIDs
